Terms and Conditions for the delivery of goods
We deliver goods in Lithuania and the European Union countries, as well as in Norway and the United Kingdom, and there is also the possibility of delivering goods to the United States of America.
Delivery of goods is carried out by courier services: DPD, AB "Lietuvos paštas", Omniva.
You will see the price of delivery of goods via DPD / LP Paštas parcel machines or courier service after filling the cart.
We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays). In case of a large volume of orders, they may be shipped within 2-3 days.

In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for violation of the delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
In all cases, the Buyer, having noticed damage to the packaging during delivery, must indicate comments on the delivery document provided by the courier (or postal worker) or draw up a separate act regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier (or postal worker). Failure to perform such actions releases the Seller from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to damage to the packaging that the Buyer did not mark on the courier (or postal worker) delivery document.
Delivery rates:
- Delivery of orders in Lithuania costs 5 EUR.
- Delivery of orders within the European Union, Norway and the United Kingdom – 30 EUR.
- Shipping of orders to the USA is arranged individually.
