Smoked Trout

Ingredients:

5 trouts
10 tbs salt
5 tbs black pepper
5 tbs olive oil
10 pcs garlic gloves

Method:

Make a liner of fish and attach to a tree or board. Salt, paprike, smear with oil and rub with rubbed
garlic. Place the fish near the coals of the campfire at a distance of about 20-30cm. Cook for about 30-40
minutes depending on the size of the fish.
