“Naked” Beef Burger

Ingredients:

3 blue onions

4 pcs aged beef patties (~150 g)

1 pcs scones polar breadcrumbs

3 tsp brown sugar

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

2 tbsp favorite BBQ sauce

2 tbsp mustard

10 tbsp oil

2 pcs chili pepper

2 eggs

1 bunch beetroot leaf

10 pcs pork bacon slices

200 grams of cheddar cheese

100 ml of 30 % fat cream

Method:

Cut the onions into half rings, and the tomatoes in semicircles. Heat the pan, add oil and fry the onions until tender, add sugar. Stir and leave it to caramelize a little. Put the prepared onions separately on a plate and in a clean preheated pan we fry the egg and pieces of smoked pork bacon, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the baked egg and the roasted pork in another bowl. Briefly in a pan we warm up the polar bread on both sides.

We take a container with a lid and pour the cream. Wait until the cream heats up and then add the cut into pieces cheddar cheese. The cheese must melt in cream, so you need to stir it often so as not to burn and there are no clumps of cheese.

On the grill or in a pan, fry the patties of aged beef on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.

Form a burger: put ready-made polar bread, caramelized onion, beet leaves, sauce, tomato. Put the meat patty, mustard, strips of pork bacon, beet leaves, and thus repeat 4 times. On top of the burger pour melted cheddar cheese and put on a fried eggs. We pierce it with a wooden stick so that the burger stands firmly.
