“Naked” beef burger

Ingredients:

3 blue onions

4 pcs. aged beef patties (~150 g)

1 slice of polar bread

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

2 tbsp. of your favorite BBQ sauce

2 tbsp mustard

10 tbsp. oil

2 tomatoes

2 eggs

10 pcs. cold smoked pork belly strips

Beetroot leaves

200 grams of cheddar cheese

100 ml 30% cream

Production process:

Cut the onions into half rings, and the tomatoes into half rings. We heat the pan, add oil and fry the onions until soft, add sugar. We mix it and leave it to caramelize a little. Place the prepared onions separately on a plate and fry an egg and pieces of smoked pork bacon in a clean heated pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the cooked egg and the browned pork in another bowl. Briefly heat the Fazer polar bread on both sides in the pan.
We take a container with a lid and pour the cream. We wait until the cream heats up and then add the cheddar cheese cut into pieces. The cheese should melt in the cream, so you need to stir it often so that it does not burn and there are no lumps of cheese.
We fry the aged beef patties on the grill or in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
We form the burger: we add the prepared polar bread, caramelized onion, beetroot leaves, sauce, tomato. We add the meat patty, mustard, pork bacon strips, beetroot leaves, and repeat this 4 times. We pour the melted cheddar cheese on top of the burger and place a fried egg. We pierce it with a wooden stick so that the burger stands firmly.

Bon Appetit!
