Fried Smelt

Ingredients:

500 g. smelt

300 g. flour

2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. black pepper

100 ml. sunflower oil

Method:

Wash smelt and drain. Season with pepper and salt. In a deeper pan, heat the oil. Roll each smelt in flour to coat it well. The smelt are fried in a heat above average, a few minutes on both sides until browned.
