Fried chicken “In a Bucket”

Ingredients:

1 chicken

5 tsp. of spice mixture for chicken

3 tsp. of oil

Method:

Wash the chicken, dry it. Smear the chicken with oil and rub it with the spice mixture. Marinate it for 2 hours. Clear the embers of a campfire and hammer in a wooden skewer.

Thread the chicken on it and, if necessary, secure it with a rope. The distance between the ground and the chicken must be approximately 5 cm. Set a thermometer, cover with a bucket and adjust the heat (external 180°C–200°C) until it reaches the internal heat of 74°C. Remove the bucket and take the chicken off the skewer / stick. Place it on plates and taste it.
