Terms and Conditions for the delivery of goods

Delivery in Lithuania, European Union countries, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

Goods are delivered by the following courier services: DPD, AB Lietuvos paštas, and Omniva.

You will see the delivery cost via DPD or LP Paštas parcel lockers or courier service after filling your shopping cart.

We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high order volume, shipment may take 2–3 business days.

If you cannot find the email or information regarding your order and its fulfillment, please check your email's "Trash" or "Spam" folder, or contact us at +370 614 26315, +370 659 83014, or +447780 262567 (UK).

In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for a breach of delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

In all cases, if the Buyer notices damage to the packaging upon delivery, they must record remarks on the delivery document provided by the courier (or postal worker) or draw up a separate report regarding such damage. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier (or postal worker). Failure to take these actions releases the Seller from liability towards the Buyer for damage to the goods associated with packaging damage that the Buyer did not note on the delivery document provided by the courier (or postal worker).

Product delivery rates:

  • Order delivery in Lithuania costs €5.
  • Order delivery within the European Union, Norway, and the United Kingdom – €30.
  • Shipping of orders to the USA is arranged on an individual basis.

Delivery to the United States.

Delivery Method
Orders to the USA are shipped via reliable international courier services, such as DHL, UPS, or DPD, depending on the shipment's size, weight, and delivery location.

Each shipment is assigned a tracking number, which the buyer receives via email after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery time
The standard delivery time to the USA is:

  • 5–10 business days from the dispatch of the order.

The indicated timeframe is preliminary. Delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the seller's control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
When shipping goods to the USA, the order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, and other additional charges imposed by US Customs or other relevant authorities.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of the order, the buyer pays all import duties, taxes, and other import-related costs.

These charges are not included in the item price or standard shipping cost, unless otherwise specified in the order.

Knives, axes, and other restricted items
Certain goods, including knives, axes, tomahawks, and other similar items, may be subject to additional import requirements or local legal regulations.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the import, purchase, and possession of the ordered goods are legal in their place of residence and in the specific U.S. state.

Wild Chef Kitchen is not responsible for the detention, confiscation, or return of a shipment, or for any additional costs arising from requirements imposed by U.S. Customs, local authorities, or applicable laws.

Shipment Delay
Wild Chef Kitchen makes every effort to ensure orders are shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe. However, the delivery time may be extended due to customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions, transport disruptions, or other reasons beyond our control.

Recipient's Obligations
The buyer must provide a correct and complete delivery address, phone number, and email address. Delivery issues arising from incorrectly provided information may incur additional charges.

If the shipment is not delivered or is returned to the sender due to the buyer's fault, the buyer shall bear the cost of re-shipment.
