Chicken lollipops
Ingredients:
20 pcs chicken drumsticks
4 tablespoons sunflower oil
5 tablespoons chicken spice rub mix
20 pcs cold-smoked pork bacon strips
20 pcs wooden stick
250 g cherry tomatoes
Method:
Rub the chicken drumsticks with oil, and spices. Leave for 20 min to marinate. Turn the drumsticks with cold-smoked pork bacon stiprs and strengthen them with wooden sticks. Put prepared chicken and tomatoes in a „Petromax Camping Oven“. Place it on the coals and bake for a hour.
P.S We advise to use meat thermometer, to control the internal oven temperature (180-200c).
