Cheddar Cheese Garlic Cream Pasta Sauce with Chicken

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

300g chicken breast

2 onions

5 garlic cloves minced

200gr spaghetti

10 cherry Tomato

1 chicken bouillon cube

5 tbs tomato sauce

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup warm water

5 slices of Cheddar cheese

¼ cup parsley finely chopped (or use green onions)

Method:

Heat olive oil on medium heat in a “Petromax Pan “, add chicken breast, add minced garlic, and chopped onions and cook for about 1 minute on medium heat, without burning. Add cherry tomato and cook for 1 minute.

Cooked onions, garlic, tomato put in “Petromax Camping Oven“, on it put pasta, tomato, heavy cream, bouillon cube, warm water and cheddar.

Bring to boil, stirring. While boiling, until cheese melts and coats pasta about 30 minutes on medium temperature

To serve, top each serving with finely chopped parsley or green onions.
