Bred and Cheddar cheese (Anthill)
Ingredients:
0.5-liter heavy cream
600 gr matured cheddar cheese
1 kg dried bread with seeds or garlic
5 garlic cloves minced
¼ cup parsley finely chopped (or use green onions)
Method:
Heat pot and put heavy cream, add chopped cheddar cheese and minced garlic. Heat on low heat and mix while cheese melts.
Build a tower from bread and put melted cheese on build bread tower.
On top put finely chopped parsley or green onions.
